le Saut Grand Canori, le plus grand de Guyane

The Grand Canori rapids are found on the Approuague River, in the commune of Régina, in French Guiana.

They are the largest rapids in French Guiana, with a drop of 19 metres over several hundred metres and numerous cascades.

The visit is made by pirogue with a professional guide, departing from the landing stage at Régina village, on a two-day circuit with an overnight stay at base camp.

The circuit includes stops at the Petit Machicou and Grand Machicou rapids, on the Approuague River.
