How do I book a tour or event?
Choose a service, select the date, time slot and number of participants, then pay online. You immediately receive your confirmation and ticket by email. No account needed: guest booking is possible.
Where do I find my ticket and QR code?
Your ticket is sent by email after payment and remains accessible in My Account (or via the secure link for guest bookings). Present the QR code, on screen or printed, on the day of the Activity.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. Bon Ti Koté stores no card numbers. Depending on the amount, an interest-free instalment payment option may be offered.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
It depends on the conditions of the Activity, displayed before purchase. The details of deadlines and tiers are in our cancellation policy. You submit the request from your account, with the refund amount shown before confirmation.
I can no longer attend — can I resell my ticket?
Where the service allows it, you can list your ticket for resale using the dedicated feature — useful if the refundable cancellation deadline has passed. The operation is secure and the new buyer's QR code replaces yours.
How do I sell my services on Bon Ti Koté?
Go to Become a provider: account creation, validation of your activity, then publication of your excursions, events or products.
