From Cayenne, take the RN1. Turn left onto the Saint-Élie track at the Saint-Élie junction, located about 3.5 km from the town of Sinnamary. Continue for 5 km, just past the scarlet ibis roundabout: the trail is at km 15.5, on the right side of the track.
