Cancellation Policy
For Individual Ticket Purchase:
- If the cancellation date has passed, you will not receive a refund.
- If you cancel before or on the cancellation date and the booking is confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
For Group Ticket Purchase:
- If the cancellation date has passed, no one in the group will receive a refund.
- If the group cancels before or on the cancellation date and the booking is confirmed, all members who paid will receive a refund.
Group Purchase Payment Policy
- All group members must pay their share before or on the group payment expiry date.
- If any group member fails to pay by the expiry date, the entire group booking will be canceled, and all paying members will receive a refund.
- If the group booking is confirmed and the group cancels before or on the cancellation date, all members will receive a refund. No refund will be issued if the cancellation date has passed.
